Today we celebrate World Health Day. This year’s theme is “Building a healthier and fairer world for everyone”. The COVID crisis isn’t over, and Faith buddha is going to keep wearing a mask in public.
There’s other things we can do to stay healthy, like meditate.
Eating healthy, including lots of veggies, can keep us from feeling run-down.
Today is also National Walking Day. Keeping fit by walking inside or out can keep us in top form.
